Pump is not charging.

1. Is charger plugged into wall outlet properly?

NO: Refer to Operator's Manual for instructions to verify charger is plugged into pump. If charger port or pins are broken or missing, call Customer Service at (800) 970-2337.

YES: Proceed to next question.

2. Does plug symbol appear on display?
|
NO: Check wall outlet in case it is switched or the power is off. Charger or pump may need further service. Call Customer Service at (800) 970-2337.

YES: Verify that bars on Battery Fuel Gauge are scrolling. This indicates that the pump is charging. If they are scrolling and pump still does not charge, call Customer Service at (800) 970-2337.
